1. Service provider

2. Eligibility and acceptance

The service is available only to people aged 18 or older. These terms apply to the whole Swati Tara service: the questionnaire hosted by our quiz provider, your private kundli session, the payment for your complete kundli reading, your replay and your account on the Site. Review the description, the price and the payment terms before you pay. Provide accurate details and keep your private links to yourself.

3. What the service is

Swati Tara is an AI-generated Jyotish guide: a virtual presenter whose face and voice are generated by artificial intelligence. She is not a real person and does not watch, hear or join your session. The service is a video session calculated by software: your birth chart (kundli) is calculated from the date, time and place of birth you enter, in the sidereal Lahiri system and for the local time of your birthplace, then presented in pre-recorded videos assembled for you after the questionnaire. It is not a consultation with a human astrologer, and nobody reads or answers you in real time.

4. What you can buy

The first part of your session is free. Your Complete Kundli Reading is a single payment: it continues the session right after the free part, with the months of your window and why (from your Antardasha or from the transits of Guru and Shani, whichever your chart shows; when no window stands out for your question, your clearest months, from Guru’s favourable transit), your next 12 months, your second question, your Navamsa when marriage is your first or second question, your practices and plan, and your replay, for 60 days after your session. When your birth time is not known exactly, the months of your window come from Guru’s and Shani’s transits over your Moon sign, not from your Antardasha, and your next 12 months are read through Guru and Shani. There is no subscription and no personal question answered by a person. No gemstone or paid puja needed — we never sell them. We do not sell yantras or other objects either.

Readings to order (Readings page): “When will I get married?”, Kundli Milan, “Career, money & where to build your life” and “Your 2027, the year ahead”. Each is a single payment for one personal reading prepared from the birth details you enter (and, for Kundli Milan, those of your partner, which you confirm you share with their agreement): a video reading and a short written summary, sent to your email address within the time shown when you order (48 hours, or 24 hours with priority delivery), focused on the question you choose. It describes tendencies and windows (early, mid or late in a year), never a fixed date or a certain event. No gemstone, puja, yantra or other remedy is ever sold.

5. Prices and currency

The price is shown in the currency the Site displays for your country (US dollars, written US$, by default) before you pay, and that is the amount you authorize. Prices include any applicable taxes (VAT, GST). There is no struck-through price. An email offer, when there is one, states its real end date. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other fees. This reading is not available in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay or card) and, where it is shown, by PayPal. Your bank statement shows SWATI TARA. An order may be declined or reviewed if the payment fails or fraud is suspected. You receive a confirmation by email.

7. Delivery and access

Your complete reading continues in your session as soon as the payment is confirmed. Your replay stays available for 60 days after your session; after that, the videos are deleted and the page says “Your replay expired after 60 days.” Contact us if you cannot open a reading you paid for: we will restore your access or refund you.

A reading you order is sent to your email address within the time shown when you ordered; if a detail of your birth needs checking, we write to you first and the time starts again from your answer. If it is not delivered on time, you may ask for a full refund.

8. Your right to cancel and refunds

If you live in the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital content. Because your complete reading starts immediately after payment, we ask you to tick a box asking for it to start straight away and acknowledging that your right to cancel ends once it starts (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37); we confirm it by email. Wherever you live, write to swati@swatitara.com with the email used for your order to request a refund: a reading that could not be delivered, or a technical fault on our side, is refunded. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right.

If you live in Australia: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

9. Responsible use

Use your session as one perspective among others. For health, money, legal or immigration matters, rely on a qualified professional. Use the service lawfully and only with your own birth details or with the permission of the person concerned. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance; we will make reasonable efforts to restore it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Private use and intellectual property

Your session is for your personal, private use. The videos, images, texts and the Swati Tara name and logo belong to the operator or their rights holders; public distribution or commercial reuse requires written permission. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

11. Questions and complaints

Write to swati@swatitara.com with the email used for your order and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within fourteen days and to find a practical, amicable solution.

12. Applicable rights and updates

These terms do not remove the protections that mandatory consumer law grants in your place of residence. Any dispute remains subject to the courts and procedures applicable by law. Updated terms apply to future purchases from their publication date; your purchase remains governed by the version accepted when you paid.
