How will I receive my reading?

By email. Swati prepares your reading after your order and sends it to the address you give within 48 hours (24 hours with priority delivery). Her written answers to your questions arrive the same way.

What is the difference between the options?

“Ask Swati a question” is a written answer to one personal question, read from your kundli. The three Complete Kundli Reading options include the same video reading of your chart on the theme you choose; two of them add 1 or 3 personal questions with written answers.

Which theme should I choose?

Choose what is on your mind: marriage and love, career and money, where to build your life (here, abroad or back in India), or the phase you are going through. Swati focuses your reading on it, and your chart may also touch other parts of your life.

I don’t know my exact time of birth.

Choose “Roughly” or “I don’t know”. Your Moon sign, your Nakshatra, your dashas, Shani and Guru are still read; Swati simply never names a Lagna or a house she cannot be sure of.

What can I ask Swati?

Ask about a marriage, a relationship, a proposal, your work, your money, a move or a decision in your life. Clear, specific questions get the most useful answers. Swati does not read questions about health, pregnancy, visas or legal cases, and a chart never guarantees another person’s feelings or actions.

Is my reading really personal?

Yes. Your kundli is drawn up from your own date, time and place of birth, in the sidereal zodiac (Lahiri ayanamsa), for your birthplace’s own clock. The theme you choose and your questions shape your reading. It is prepared for you only.

What is priority delivery?

An optional extra offered before payment: your order moves to the front of Swati’s list and arrives within 24 hours instead of 48. The reading itself is the same.

Is this a subscription? Will I be asked to buy anything else?

No. It is a one-time payment. No subscription, no hidden fees, and never a gemstone, puja, yantra or remedy to buy. The practices Swati suggests are simple and free.

Is my payment secure? Are my details private?

Payments are processed by Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption; Swati never sees your card details. Your birth details are only used to prepare and send your reading.

Can my chart predict exactly what will happen?

Your chart shows tendencies and windows (early, mid or late in a year), never fixed dates or certainties. Your reading is for entertainment and personal reflection, and your choices remain yours.
